Marketing Campaign

During my Internship with the North Carolina Turnpike Authority I was in charge of completing a comprehensive Back To School marketing campaign from concept to completion. The goal was to promote NCTA roadway use for daily travel while educating the public on its benefits and encouraging adoption of NC Quick Pass products and accounts for maximum savings.

 My goal was to write and design content that could be used across multiple platforms and applied to the target audience while keeping branding consistent. I conceptualized the entire campaign from goals, tactics, key messaging, target audience, and content creation. This included writing and designing email blasts, social media posts and captions for instagram, facebook and twitter, and custom signage for walk in and help centers.

 The email campaign reached over 1 million recipients and achieved an open rate exceeding 50%, while the social media content generated the highest Instagram impressions to date.
